Our background

Tim Levi is the owner and operator of Pathlight Home Improvement, LLC.  He started this company in 2017 with the confidence of over 20 years worth of combined experience in the construction, maintenance, and landscape industries.

He has extensive experience in residential repair & maintenance, small remodel jobs, and is a master carpenter.  The last 7 years of his career before launching Pathlight, he held the title of Maintenance Manager at a 1,400 acre conference, retreat, & camp center in WNC.

Personally, he is a husband, father to three, and an avid outdoorsman.  Following a dream to live in the lowcountry, Tim and his family re-located to Beaufort, SC in 2018 and are now firmly planted and growing roots!  He finds serving this beautiful coastal community a privilege!
